Pitt Student Affairs

Strategy

The Student Affairs Marketing and Communications team serves 12 departments. In a typical semester, we complete hundreds of marketing requests. A majority of the requests require social media promotion. I determine the needs of the campaign, craft social media copy, and oversee the implementation of each campaign's posting schedule.

Management

Monitor and maintain Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Tik Tok by scheduling posts, responding to messages and comments, and tracking performance.

Crisis Communication

A typical distribution plan includes an initial email communication that is shared on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and on the Student Affairs website. I craft and execute the social media messages and ensure the message is distributed to all platforms.

Simply Skin Medical Spa

Strategy and Management

When I began working with Simply Skin Medical Spa, they had a small social media following. Their goals were to grow their number of followers and to increase engagement. I developed a plan to incorporate follower giveaways and a consistent posting schedule.

Additionally, I monitored and maintained the Facebook and Instagram accounts by creating posts, responding to messages and comments, and tracking performance.
